Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Coty UK Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with product agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability: Own your territory, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to national agreements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management to understand their needs, supporting them to drive sales.
  • Strategy: Boost brand sales through strategic business plans, ensuring product availability, and collaborating on effective secondary displays.
  • Insights: Record field visit data to identify opportunities for improvement and performance enhancement.
  • Training & Support: You'll work to align with both national and local agreements while making sure we meet head office standards for products, display locations, and promotions.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with agreements and provide guidance to retail partners.

Requirements:

  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across your territory, including influencing key stakeholders.
  • A solution-focused and positive mindset.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and able to feedback important insight.
  • A full UK driving licence.
