We're looking for a Senior Resource Manager to join Majorplayers in London.

Salary: £50,000 per year (dependent on experience).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a vital part of our Strategy and Design departments' day-to-day running. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in resource allocation, workflow management, and maintaining accurate project tracking through Float.

  • You'll have experience working as a resource manager in a creative agency and understand the workflows within Strategy and Design teams.
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining quality control for all briefs entering these departments.
  • You'll manage long-term resource planning for Client Services and Project Management teams, identifying capacity throughout the year.
  • You'll contribute to long-term forecasting for Strategy, Design, and Client Services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage freelancer sourcing and relationships, maintaining a network of trusted freelancers.
  • Support the Production team with freelance contracts, interviews, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Monitor freelance budgets, track spending, and troubleshoot timesheet or payment issues.
  • Approve holiday requests and address capacity concerns.
