We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Tim Hortons UK. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff members and ensuring that they meet high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Tim Hortons is a unique quick service restaurant offering great food, coffee, and sweet treats served with a warm and welcoming approach. With over 5,000 stores worldwide and 2 billion cups of coffee sold, joining our UK team has never been more appealing.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that they meet high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Monitor and address any issues related to customer complaints or feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the QSR industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
