">We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our Property department. This role will be responsible for managing financial services and providing support to our Property directorate, which includes:
">- Development of New Builds department">
- Capital Investment department">
- Asset management department">

">About You
">We're looking for someone with excellent financial skills and experience, preferably in property finance. You should also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
">A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum is on offer for this position, depending on experience.
