Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, margin growth, and new service development.
  2. Collaborate with the regional manager and operational support team to achieve positive home performance.
  3. Foster excellent relationships with stakeholders, including the RQIA, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • You will hold a valid registration as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • You will have a strong understanding of local and national codes of practice relating to older people's care.
