Academic Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Tutor to join our team at Bangor University. As an Academic Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our trainees in Clinical Psychology.
The successful candidate will have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council as a practitioner psychologist. You will be expected to act as a Training Co-ordinator for a small number of trainees and assist the Academic and Clinical Directors in organising the curriculum and clinical aspects of training.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. The University offers a competitive salary of £45,585 to £54,395 p.a. pro rata (Grade 8).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Academic and Clinical Directors in organising the curriculum and clinical aspects of training.
- Act as a Training Co-ordinator for a small number of trainees.
- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council as a practitioner psychologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
