We are seeking a highly commercial and capable People and Culture Manager to join our organisation and lead on all people-related matters for the UK and our small EMEA population. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage and lead a team of recruitment professionals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and people management
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
