Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, facilitating interviews, extending offers, and managing onboarding processes.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct recruitment, referral networks, and online job boards, to identify and attract top talent.
- Foster a deep understanding of Zones' culture and strategic goals to enhance talent management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain precise job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing techniques.
- Ensure a positive hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
- Manage the offer process, including presenting offers, addressing last-minute concerns, negotiating, and successfully closing candidates.
- Fulfill hiring needs with the right talent, on time and within budget, to support business strategies across EMEA.
- Establish a strategic partnership with the Zones EMEA leadership team, providing insights and solutions to address future workplace challenges.
What You Will Contribute:
- Define and refine recruitment processes to drive business growth across the EMEA region.
- Build trusted partnerships with the Zones EMEA leadership team.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Zones' corporate and people strategies.
- Enhance management capabilities in recruitment best practices through training and collaboration.
- Create compelling employer branding content to attract top candidates.
- Provide monthly reports for EMEA, detailing open vacancies and time-to-hire metrics.
- Initiate awareness campaigns around recruitment best practices, reinforcing them through team meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner for EMEA to identify strategic HR initiatives that drive business success.
- Plan and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for strategic roles.
- Establish training requirements and ensure compliance with 'the Zones way' of best practices.
- Design and implement recruitment content and campaigns tailored for EMEA business entities.
- Manage and execute recruitment marketing initiatives through various platforms as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in global recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with global employment laws and interviewing principles.
- Proven ability to recruit for a variety of positions simultaneously.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through both traditional and innovative channels.
- Demonstrated proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand diverse business environments.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing time effectively.
