Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to enhance our team in the EMEA region, aligning with our expanding operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform talent mapping, comprehensive research, and market analysis
  • Engage in direct sourcing through proactive headhunting and managing responses to advertisements
  • Evaluate CVs and conduct initial phone or video interviews
  • Participate in team projects and contribute to reporting efforts

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience as a Sourcer within the FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology sectors
  • Proven track record of engaging with passive candidates
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Mandarin, Dutch, German, French, or Arabic being advantageous
  • Able to thrive in an international, matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems
