Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Emerging Talent and Careers team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional hiring strategies, managing team members, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional hiring strategies to attract top talent for emerging talent programs
  • Manage a team of recruitment specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of recruitment goals
  • Collaborate with the ETC global programs team to align recruitment processes with business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including schools and organizations, to attract talent
  • Drive operational excellence within the team, implementing process improvements and best practices
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a strategic pipeline for future roles
  • Recruit for a small number of roles, covering all aspects of a full-cycle recruiting process
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and articulate the Expedia brand in the emerging talent market
  • Maintain effective relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Familiarity with a highly matrixed environment
  • Emerging Talent recruitment experience, including interns, graduates, apprentices, and more
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide value-added recruiting advice and insights
  • Experience working in a global team, with a strong understanding of business strategy and talent needs
