We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retention team as a Customer Retention Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with our customers to resolve any issues they may be experiencing with their pet healthcare plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to resolve any issues they may be experiencing with their pet healthcare plans
  • Offer new products or services to customers to enhance their pet healthcare experience
  • Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven sales or retention experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in using software applications
