We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retention team as a Customer Retention Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with our customers to resolve any issues they may be experiencing with their pet healthcare plans, as well as identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to resolve any issues they may be experiencing with their pet healthcare plans.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to customers.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
