Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ABR Talent. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities, driving revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, adoption, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role, preferably in a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Prior experience with Planhat or comparable customer success platforms is a plus.
