Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role, preferably in a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Prior experience with Planhat or comparable customer success platforms is a plus.
