Customer Engagement Manager Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to lead our communication and engagement strategy for over 22,000 homeowners and tenants across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with our values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strategic communications plan to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure unified communications and messaging.
- Produce high-quality content across various platforms, including digital, print, and events.
- Measure the effectiveness of communications and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for customer communications.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, media, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and colleagues.
- Highly organized, creative, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
