Join a dynamic team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner for start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to champion the growth and satisfaction of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Advocate for clients and serve as the primary point of contact for a book of customers generating around £400k per annum in revenue.
  • Provide exceptional client satisfaction, driving adoption and retention of our marketing technology platform.
  • Identify and champion upsell opportunities, combining commercial awareness with a customer-centric approach to account growth.
  • Maintain a 'finger on the pulse' of client needs, delivering high-touch service at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
  • Well-versed approach to high-touch customer management.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 plus bonus.
