About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at ABR Talent. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their marketing goals.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role, preferably in a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
