Customer Success Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Remark Able. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client satisfaction and driving retention.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer success role, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution. You will be a well-versed advocate for your clients, providing value with every interaction and driving growth through upsell opportunities.

We offer a competitive package, including a base salary of £40k - £50k plus bonus, medical & dental insurance, and twice weekly team lunch. If you are a self-motivated and customer-centric individual with a drive to achieve and exceed, we encourage you to apply.

The Opportunity

Our scale-up SaaS MarTech solution is continuing to grow, and we need to add to our Customer Success team to help manage our increasing client base. With a range of marketing automation and insight tools, our solution helps marketing professionals make key, intelligent, data-driven decisions to optimize their performance marketing efforts across a range of channels.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a customer success role, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
  • A well-versed approach to high-touch, customer management.
  • A drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • The desire to learn and improve.
  • Prior experience using Planhat is beneficial.
The Package
