Customer Success Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Remark Able. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client satisfaction and driving retention.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer success role, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution. You will be a well-versed advocate for your clients, providing value with every interaction and driving growth through upsell opportunities.

We offer a competitive package, including a base salary of £40k - £50k plus bonus, medical & dental insurance, and twice weekly team lunch. If you are a self-motivated and customer-centric individual with a drive to achieve and exceed, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client satisfaction and drive retention through high-touch customer management
  • Upsell opportunities through commercial awareness and customer-centric approach
  • Regularly engage with clients to provide value and drive growth
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer success role, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution
  • Well-versed approach to high-touch customer management
  • Drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
