Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ABR Talent. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for customer success and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role, preferably in a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention, with a strong focus on customer-centricity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong desire to learn and improve.
