Join ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner, in supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses as they grow their customer success teams. We're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our client's team, driving client satisfaction and retention through strategic account growth.
About the RoleAs a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a book of customers generating around £400k per annum in revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional client service, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and driving adoption of the platform's modules.
- Championing upsell opportunities, combining commercial awareness with a customer-centric approach to account growth.
- Regularly engaging with clients, providing value with every interaction, and maintaining a firm 'finger on the pulse' of their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
- A well-versed approach to high-touch customer management, with a drive to achieve, exceed, and grow.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously, with a desire to learn and improve.
- Prior experience of using Planhat or comparable Customer Success Platforms is beneficial.
As a valued member of our client's team, you can expect:
- A competitive base salary of £45,000-£50,000, plus bonus.
