As a leading global scale-up Marketing Technology (Martech) platform, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. With a strong focus on sales growth, this role is perfect for a motivated individual who can drive client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients and serve as the primary point of contact for a book of customers generating around £400k per annum in revenue.
  • Provide exceptional client service, helping customers maximize the value of our platform and drive adoption of its various modules.
  • Identify and champion upsell opportunities, combining commercial awareness with a customer-centric approach to account growth.
  • Maintain a 'finger on the pulse' of client needs, delivering high-touch service at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
  • Strong understanding of high-touch customer management and a well-versed approach to driving client satisfaction.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 plus bonus.
