About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Housing Partner to join our Housing Services team in Calderdale/Kirklees. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing tenancies, community engagement, and customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of accuracy when handling customer data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenancies, including onboarding new customers and resolving issues
- Engage with the community, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer data, adhering to GDPR guidelines
- Travel to customer homes across your patch, as well as to our Burnley office

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, managing complex cases and working with vulnerable people
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to deal positively with change
- Ability to work under pressure and driven to go the extra mile to achieve positive outcomes for customers
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy when handling customer data
Interviews
1st stage interviews will take place via Teams on Monday, 7th October. 2nd stage interviews will take place at our Burnley office on Thursday, 10th October.
Location
This role involves travel to customer homes across your patch, in and around the Calderdale and Kirklees area. You will also be required to travel to our Burnley office at least once a week.
