We are seeking a highly skilled Neighbourhood Officer to join our team. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy management services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage properties in various areas, balancing time between field work and home-based activities.
- Provide excellent customer care, focusing on delivering high-quality tenancy management services.
- Work closely with multi-agency teams and attend partnership meetings to ensure the best possible support for our residents.
- Provide advice and assistance to residents on all housing matters, including information on legal rights and responsibilities.
- Be the point of contact for housing management services on a patch, enforcing the Association's conditions of tenancy.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
- Experience and knowledge of housing/lettings or ideally social housing.
- Proven experience in dealing with the public, skilled in managing sensitive situations.
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-motivation, solution-focused approach, and personal resilience to manage a fast-paced role.
- Starting salary of £29,582 per annum.
- Annual pay scale increases within the banding.
- 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays.
