B2B Sales Development Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Telesales/ Internal Sales Executive to join our client in Bellshill. The successful candidate will have a background in outbound sales and experience in B2B/SME sales areas.
The primary role involves developing new leads and opportunities, generating sales with business customers, and fully account managing their accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent rapport building and listening skills, as well as the ability to make a high volume of outbound telesales calls.
On top of the starting basic salary of £25,000, the role offers general on-target earnings of around £30,000-£40,000. Successful performers can earn up to £60,000-£70,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:

- Account manage and cross-sell/up-sell products and services
Requirements:
