Tech Events Sales Lead

About Our Opportunity
- This is a managerial role in the event sales industry with international work environment & travels.
- The salary package is attractive and based on performance.
- We expect you to have at least 7 years of experience in event sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- You will lead, mentor and motivate the event sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
What You'll Do
- You will develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize event profitability.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, and partners.
- You will design and execute effective sales campaigns, including outreach, presentations, and negotiations.
- You will drive revenue growth through sponsorship sales, exhibitor sales, and ticket sales for tech events.
- You will provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in event sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to grow, inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the tech industry and its key players.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Salary Will Be Around $120,000 Per Year Based On Your Performance.
