About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join our team at JSS Search. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and guidance to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering
    • Provide financial expertise and guidance to support business strategy and decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the C-suite, divisional leaders, and external partners.
    • Partner with the Director of FP&A and Strategy lead to align on needs for analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
  • FP&A, Data, and Commercial Analysis
    • Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for international business units.
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements, control, compliance, and accounting standards.
    • Shape and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Leadership
    • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to effectively support various business functions.
    • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
    • Communicate financial performance, trends, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with significant PQE.
  • Proven leadership track record within a large multinational fast-paced environment.
  • International markets experience is highly desirable and preferable.
  • Led, coached, and developed high-performing teams and created a best-in-class culture.
