Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering
    • Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering expertise on financial matters and contributing to the overall business strategy.
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and drive alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
  • FP&A, Data and Commercial Analysis
    • Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for international business units.
    • Partner with the Director of FP&A and Strategy Lead to align on needs for analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements, control, compliance, and accounting standards.
    • Shape and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
    • Work cross-functionally to develop business cases, growth plans, and other proposals, operating both in the detail and strategically.
  • Leadership
    • Shape and lead finance teams to effectively support various business functions across the organization.
    • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback to support their professional development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including department heads, divisional leaders, and external partners.
    • Communicate financial performance, trends, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and achieve common goals across the business.
