**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at JSS Search. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business within the EMEA markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of 8 business partners across a fast-paced PLC remit, with good exposure to board and C-suite
  • Provide financial insights, challenge, and guide on strategic decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, offering expertise on financial matters and contributing to the overall business strategy
  • Partner with Divisional senior leadership to develop and drive alignment between financial goals and operational objectives
  • Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the International business units
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements, control, compliance, and accounting standards
  • Shape and lead finance teams to effectively support various business functions across the SLT
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

**Requirements**

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with significant PQE
  • Experience in a fast-paced PLC, PE-backed, or complex business (£500m- multibillion turnover+)
  • Multisite experience (ideally retail, FMCG, or manufacturing)
  • Ability to add value in a fast-paced growing household brand
