About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Commercial Finance to join our team at JSS Search, a leading provider of recruitment services. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial insights and guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and drive alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
  • Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for our business units.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements, control, compliance, and accounting standards.
  • Shape and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead finance teams to effectively support various business functions across the organization.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification with significant PQE.
  • Proven leadership track record within a large multinational fast-paced environment.
  • International markets experience is highly desirable and preferable.
  • Led, coached, and developed high-performing teams and created a best-in-class culture.
