Community Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Staff Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions in the community setting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Undertake complex nursing assessments and develop and deliver programmes of care for patients and carers.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, voluntary sector, and informal carers to promote excellent care to patients in their own homes and community setting.
- Join an enthusiastic and motivated team who are friendly and approachable, with a focus on patient care and staff development.
- Have a full UK driver's license and access to a car to fulfill the role.
University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust operates from three main hospitals: Furness General Hospital, Royal Lancaster Infirmary, and Westmorland General Hospital, as well as community healthcare premises. Our hospitals provide a range of General Hospital services, including Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units, and Consultant-led services.
