About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our inpatient services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with mental health issues, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development of service improvements and quality initiatives.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and colleagues on mental health topics.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of mental health national service frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
