Job Summary:

The Football Association is seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator to provide support to the Accounts Receivable function and manage the credit control processes. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the collection and debt recovery of all Group receivables, including liens and other financial obligations.
  • Manage the annual Club Wembley season fee renewals process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Process optional event sales to members, including collection of payments and maintenance of financial records.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and financial information from Excel, GP, and CRM as required.
  • Prepare resale transactions and organize weekly payment runs to pay resale monies to members.
  • Ensure data integrity by implementing and maintaining effective processes and procedures.
  • Perform daily cash posting for the CW bank account.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Credit Management Graduate degree.
  • Excellent experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced reporting writing skills.
