Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and process client payments using financial software.


• Accurately log and track client payments.


• Collaborate closely with banking institutions to resolve payment issues.


• Maintain and update client account files diligently.


• Generate and analyze commission reports.


• Prepare invoices and remittance advice for clients.


• Conduct reconciliation of multi-currency accounts including USD, EURO, GBP, and AUD.


• Liaise with clients regarding their accounts and any accounting updates.


• Process payments for various departments including Literature, Digital, and Music.


• Work collaboratively within a team of Client Accounts Receivable Assistants.


• Facilitate payment transfers to banking institutions.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit roles.


• Proficient in Excel with intermediate to advanced skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.


• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident demeanor.


• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.


• Previous experience in a creative agency, media, legal, or property sector is preferred.


• AAT qualification or progress towards it is desirable.


• Excellent communication skills with a resilient and driven approach.


• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.


• Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with financial software is a plus.


• Knowledge of VAT and withholding tax regulations is beneficial.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Employment Type:

Temporary position with potential for permanent placement.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
