Join Our Finance Team

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Head Office Finance Team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.

About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating cash flow forecasts, managing credit control, and ensuring deposit and final invoices are being raised and managed. You will also be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as sending bill reminders and contacting clients, as well as day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update cash flow forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections
  • Manage credit control to ensure timely payment from clients
  • Ensure deposit and final invoices are being raised and managed
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Verify, classify, compute, post, and record financial data

Requirements

We are looking for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain more experience within a busy support office. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
