We're seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of over 50 colleagues and bring a people-first approach to our fast-growing, high-touch & customer-focused environment.

About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's objectives, including attracting top talent to meet our evolving needs. You will oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training management, performance management, remuneration, benefits, and relations.

You will provide HR advice and guidance to the leadership team, create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, and review/advise the leadership team on performance expectations and goals for employees. Additionally, you will identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and oversee payroll operations.

Key Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A brilliant, and experienced People professional with 5+ years experience with HR management role in small to medium sized organisations (including remote and hybrid working teams) preferably in a professional services business
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
