We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration of our HR and Payroll system, ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate. You will also be responsible for benefits administration, evaluating systems for improvement, conducting training sessions, and producing regular and ad hoc reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full ownership of administration of the HR & Payroll system (Zellis)
  • Benefits administration
  • Evaluation of systems to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conducting training sessions to new and existing users of the system
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with Zellis, delivering training to staff on HR systems, and excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You will also need to be competent in using HR Data and producing reports with strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and confidence in reporting findings back to stakeholders.
