Job Summary:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our team. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of our HR and Payroll system, ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the administration of the HR and Payroll system, including benefits administration and data reporting.
  • Evaluation of systems to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Conducting training sessions to new and existing users of the system, ensuring that all employees are proficient in using the system.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports based on stakeholder requests, identifying trends and sharing findings with stakeholders.
  • Staying up to date with HR compliance and ensuring that the system meets legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably with Zellis.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and confidence in reporting findings back to stakeholders.
  • Advanced user of Excel with excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
