About Our Client
- HR Administrator
- Temporary role, 2-3 month duration
- £12ph + holiday pay - submit weekly timesheets
- Fully on-site role due to nature of work
- Must be available immediately
- Right to work and references to be obtained before the start date
Job Description
- Support the HR administrative function, maintaining and updating records, HR guides and policies
- Deal with HR queries, manage the inbox, escalate if needed
- Support with induction of new starters, leavers, update to contracts
- Some recruitment administrative duties, posting adverts, arranging interviews
- Ad-hoc administration
The Successful Applicant
- Previously supported a HR team in an administrative function
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain and adhere to confidentiality and GDPR
- Excellent relationship building and people skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
