Gleeson Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our client's team in Leicester.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to take ownership of the HR and Payroll system, ensuring seamless administration and data reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Zellis, delivering training to staff, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR System Administration: Full ownership of the HR and Payroll system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage benefits administration, including processing and maintaining employee benefits.
  • System Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate the HR system to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance system efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing users of the HR system, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports based on stakeholder requests, analyzing data to identify trends and sharing findings with stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Legislative Requirements: Stay up-to-date with HR compliance and ensure the HR system meets legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Zellis: Proven experience working with Zellis, a leading HR and Payroll system.
  • Training and Development: Experience delivering training to staff on HR systems and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to produce reports, and confidence in reporting findings to stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced user of Excel, excellent attention to detail, and strong numeracy and literacy skills.

  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
