MacGregor Black is a leading manufacturer seeking a skilled Strategic HR Leader to join our team in Scunthorpe. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Managing complex Employee Relations cases, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  • Embedding inclusion, equity, and diversity within the workplace.
  • Mentoring and coaching managers and leaders to enhance their people leadership capabilities.

Requirements include:

  • Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Expertise in managing complex employee relations and driving employee engagement.
  • A proven record of delivering organizational change and building capability.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 (essential); CIPD Level 7 (desirable).
