Intermediary Relationship Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing inbound and outbound calls, and providing subject matter expertise on lending policy and procedures. They will also act as a liaison between brokers and mortgage underwriting and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent experience in mortgages, clear product knowledge, and knowledge of compliance, risk, and treating vulnerable customers fairly. Furthermore, you should possess fantastic telephone manner and confidence in managing multiple calls simultaneously. In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with attractive benefits, including training opportunities and hybrid working arrangements.
