Job Title: Senior Account Growth Manager

We require a highly skilled sales expert to manage our client's key accounts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, a strong understanding of upsell strategies and excellent analytical skills.

We anticipate the salary for this role to be approximately £55,000 - £85,000 per annum (uncapped OTE).

Job Description

This Is Prime is undergoing significant growth and expansion. We need a senior sales professional to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients and develop strategic plans to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored account plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Built strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a SaaS or financial services focused business.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and account management best practices.
  • Hunter & self-starter mentality - not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
