Senior Account Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Growth Manager to join our team at Acquired Payments. As a key member of our sales-to-service journey, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer success by developing and nurturing strong relationships with our high-growth Enterprise clients.
With a proven track record of growing accounts (revenue and retention), you will leverage your knowledge of Excel and other data tools to uncover trends in account performance. You will work closely with internal teams, including Technical Integrations, Product Management, Commercial, and Finance, to meet and maintain optimal service levels and articulate value throughout the sales-to-service journey.
You will be based in the UK or Europe and will have a strong understanding of the eCommerce/Digital Payments/SaaS industry. You will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Account Executive or Service Management and a natural ability to problem-solve, seeing perceived obstacles as opportunities to engage, consult, and deliver value.
