We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team at Chambers and Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating deadlines and building trust and rapport with clients
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, making referrals as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client success metrics and data
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and improve initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Fluency in French or German, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in these languages
