Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Head to join our team in the UK wholesale market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue expansion.

With a strong background in business development and client relationship management, you will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including private banks, family offices, and global financial institutions. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop tailored sales pitches and RFPs that meet the unique needs of our clients.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions. Your ability to ensure accurate documentation and recording of client interactions in our CRM system will be critical to your success in this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of the UK financial services industry and a proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management. A minimum of 10 years of intermediary sales experience within a leading asset manager is required, as well as a relevant undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1) and/or CFA/Masters in Finance or similar qualification.


Salary Range:£80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
