Role Overview: We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school in Ware. The ideal candidate will be able to work with pupils who may have singular or multiple difficulties, including challenging behaviour and complex needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Attend to pupils' personal needs, including social health, hygiene, first aid, and welfare matters
* Provide clerical/administrative support to the assigned teacher, e.g., photocopying, typing, filing, and record keeping
* Assist with the planning and delivery of individual education plans (or other pupil-specific plans)
* Monitor and evaluate pupils' progress and maintain pupil records
* Use specialist knowledge or experience to support pupils' learning
* Liaise with parents, carers, and professional staff to promote the learning objectives of each pupil

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £18,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client invests in their staff, offering opportunities for further education and training.
