SEN Learning Support Professional

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to support students aged 2-10 with severe learning difficulties and other complex mental and physical needs.
The Role
The successful candidate will gain support and a personalised CPD to develop leadership skills, receive mentorship from the senior leadership team, and contribute to the wider curriculum and staff development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons, manage pupil behaviour, and maximise teaching and learning through effective human resource management.
- Monitor pupil progress, set targets, and write individual education plans.
- Assess and report on development for EHCPs.
- Liaise with professionals such as Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Medical Professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
PGCE or equivalent, QTS status, experience in SEN / SEMH settings, and supporting students with complex SEN needs.
