Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our school in Ware as a Learning Support Professional. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils and contribute to the academic success of our students.
You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver pre-planned lessons, provide targeted interventions, and support student progress and attainment. Additionally, you will assist in planning, preparing, and assessing learning activities to ensure they are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with our curriculum objectives.

- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support our safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare and safety of all students.
- A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role within a primary school setting.
- A strong understanding of primary curriculum frameworks and teaching strategies.
