Role Overview:

As a Children and Young People's Mental Health Practitioner at SPARK, you will play a critical role in supporting the mental well-being of children, teenagers, and young adults. This contract role offers flexibility, including remote work and occasional travel around the area.

  • A salary of approximately £15,000 per annum (£150 per day), reflecting the value placed on our team members.
  • Certifications in relevant mental health interventions are necessary for this position.
  • Experience working with children and young people with mental health difficulties is essential.
  • Knowledge of child development, mental health disorders, and evidence-based interventions for CYP is crucial.
  • An Enhanced DBS that covers Adult and Child workforce is required, or a willingness to obtain one.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and engagement skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
