**Supporting Students with Severe Learning Difficulties**
**Location:** Stansted Abbotts, Near Ware
**Salary Range:** £31,150 - £45,646 per annum plus a £2,539 SEN allowance, dependent on experience
We are currently seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join our Specialist School and sports college. Our students aged 2-10 have severe learning difficulties and require specialized support.
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To design and deliver inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Keep accurate records of student progress and participate in regular review meetings
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified teacher status (e.g., PGCE, BEd)
- Proven experience working with students with severe learning difficulties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
